Paid Time Off
We believe time away from work is essential for maintaining long-term performance, personal well-being, and strong family relationships.
Our PTO program includes:
✔ 3 Weeks Paid Time Off During Years 0–1
✔ 4 Weeks Paid Time Off During Years 2–5
✔ 6 Paid Company Holidays Each Year
We encourage our team to use their time off and return refreshed, rested, and ready to perform at their best.
Company Vehicle
Technicians are provided with a company service vehicle.
Our vehicles may be driven home each night, allowing technicians to begin their day closer to their first service call and reducing unnecessary commute time.
The company provides core service equipment and materials. Technicians are expected to maintain their personal hand tools and any preferred specialty tools.
Paid Commute Time
We recognize that travel is a necessary part of commercial service work.
Dispatched directly from your home at start of the day.
Depending on job location and scheduling, technicians may receive up to four hours of paid commute time per week from their home.
We believe respecting our technicians' time is an important part of creating a sustainable work environment.
On-Call Compensation
Emergency service is part of the commercial refrigeration industry, and we believe technicians should be fairly compensated for the additional responsibility.
Technicians participating in after-hours emergency service receive:
✔ $150 Weekly On-Call Compensation
✔ Additional Overtime Pay For Service Calls Performed During On-Call Shifts
Our goal is to compensate technicians fairly while maintaining exceptional service for our customers.
